Ticket Information

General All fans who successfully purchase or have purchased tickets online at FIFA.com/tickets will have their tickets delivered as mobile tickets through the FIFA Women's World Cup 2023™ Ticketing Application.

FIFA Ticketing will announce in due course when your tickets will be delivered. This information will be announced on FIFA.com/tickets.

Please note: ALL ticket holders must download the FIFA Women's World Cup 2023™ Ticketing Application or they will have to enter the stadium at the same time as the rest of their group. If you

have tickets for multiple matches of the FIFA Women's World Cup 2023™, they may be delivered to you at different times.

Knockout phase In the knockout phase, you can expect an email from FIFA no later than 24 hours before kickoff to download the tickets in the ticket app. You will receive this mail at the same address you used to purchase the tickets.

Admission Information

Please note checks before entering the stadium. Below is an overview of what is not allowed (to enter the stadium with):

  • Dangerous objects: weapons, implements, pyrotechnics, bottles....
  • Inflatable objects such as balloons
  • Liquids (hand sanitizers of up to 100 ml are allowed)
  • Food of any kind
  • Drugs (except substances necessary for medical reasons, with accompanying medical certificate in English)
  • Batteries (one power bank per person is allowed)
  • Selfie sticks
  • All materials of a political, offensive and/or discriminatory nature against any country, private person or group because of race, color, ethnic, national or social origin, sex, disability, language, religion, political opinion, sexual orientation or other grounds.
  • Backpacks, handbags & bags larger than an A4
  • Lockers are available at the stadium
  • Flags, banners and posters larger than 2m x 1.5m
  • Flagpoles longer than 1m and 1cm in diameter and/or made of flammable plastic
  • Musical instruments that do not easily fit into the baggage scanner, i.e. larger than 60cm x 40cm
