Accreditation Volunteer
For many people, Accreditation Volunteers will be the first point of contact, so these volunteers will play a vital role in terms of conveying a good first impression of the event. It is therefore of the highest importance that accreditation volunteers provide an excellent service and make the delivery of accreditation passes as smooth and efficient as possible.

Ceremonies

Ceremonies Maker Volunteer
The Ceremony Maker Volunteers will participate in the Pre-Match Ceremony taking place immediately before the match kicks off. They will be part of the choreography, bringing real life meaning to the Ceremonies concept as well as the Event brand itself. These privileged volunteers will be part of the live, televised ceremony. They will be trained to manage large scale pieces of branding such as giant banners or other scenic elements and implement coordinated body movements on music.

Event Transport

Fleet volunteer
The Fleet Volunteers will support the daily smooth running of Fleet Compound operations. They will play a key role in ensuring that plans for the following days are properly established and fleet vehicles are ready, confirming shifts and ensuring that daily checks are carried out on vehicles. They will also play a key role in supporting the management of transport services in the host city.

Logistics

Warehouse Volunteer
Event Logistics is dedicated to the set-up and pack-up of the venue and will be the first and last team on-site. Warehouse Volunteers will need to assist the Venue Warehouse Manager in the preparation, organisation, and delivery of a range of materials across the stadium and to other key areas in the city based on a schedule put together on-site.

Mobility

Mobility Volunteer
Mobility Volunteers will support the operations and smooth delivery of the mobility arrangements for club supporters and general-public.

They will provide on-the-ground information to spectators/supporters on mobility-related topics relative to the event, and support the Mobility/Spectator Services team in different ways in case of any problems. As Mobility Volunteer, you can help at three different locations: Stadium’s last kilometre, Airport, or Fan Meeting Point in the city centre.

Ticketing (Enschede)

Ticketing Access Control Volunteer
Ticketing Access Control Volunteers will assist the Ticketing team at the stadium turnstiles. They are an essential part of the delivery of the ticketing project and will often be the first points of contact for ticket holders. Ticketing Access Control Volunteers will deal with any customer queries and provide customer services in accordance with the ticketing policy and help to enhance the customer experience for the event.

Ticketing Centre Volunteer
Ticketing Centre Volunteers will assist the on-site Ticketing team, helping to ensure the effective implementation of the ticketing project, with a particular focus on the Ticketing Centre (which will remain operational until the last Matchday at the relevant venue).

Ticketing Info Point Volunteer
Ticketing Info Point Volunteers will assist the Ticketing team at the Ticket Info Point (ticketing troubleshooting facility). They are the point of contact of ticket holders in case of problems with their ticket. They will support the Ticketing Access Control Venue Manager with queries from customers having difficulties to read their tickets at the turnstiles. Ticketing Info Point Volunteers will provide customer services in accordance with the ticketing policy and help to enhance the customer experience for the event.

Ticketing Perimeter Support Volunteer
Ticketing Perimeter Support Volunteers will assist the Mobile Ticket Manager with the troubleshooting of mobile ticket activation at entrances. They will help customers having difficulties with the UEFA Mobile Ticket application on their smartphones and support stewards/volunteers performing the ticket check/activation.

Ticketing Stadium Bowl Volunteer
Ticketing Stadium Bowl Volunteers will assist the ticketing team at the stadium. They are an essential part of the delivery of the ticketing project and will often be the first points of contact for ticket holders within the stadium on the day of the match. They are also key in Matchday preparation by ensuring the readiness of the venue.
